OK, so I waited a bit before writing this review to be sure. The seller was very good at following up all along the way. They called before shipment to ensure I had given them the correct measurements. (I did, but am not sure why India hasn’t standardized their bed sizes like the rest of the world.) They called after arrival and some weeks later to ensure I was satisfied. This is great customer service. The mattress is comfortable and is a great foam mattress. The white side goes up (not on the instructions or video) and you may need two people to place it on the bed, though I was able to do it myself. I am a happy customer.
